Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

We want you to have a smooth shopping experience with us. Please review our policy below before making a return or exchange request.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

  • All items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
  • Returns or exchanges for opened or used products will not be accepted.
  • Requests must be made within 7 days from the date of purchase.

Request Process

  • To initiate a return or exchange, please email us at info@sg.dlink.com with your order number and reason for request.
  • All requests are subject to approval. We will assess the validity before proceeding.

Return / Exchange Method

  • Approved returns and exchanges must be done in person at

    Operation Hours : M-F (9am-6pm) closed on Public Holidays/Weekend
  • Please ensure you bring along your proof of purchase, product unopened, unused in the original packaging.
    (e.g. order confirmation email or receipt)

Refunds

  • Refunds will only be processed for approved returns that meet the conditions above.
  • Once the item is inspected and approved, refunds will be issued via the original payment method.
  • Please allow 7-14 working days for the refund to be processed.

Important Notes

  • We reserve the right to reject any return or exchange that does not meet the above conditions.
  • Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.
