Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
- All items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
- Returns or exchanges for opened or used products will not be accepted.
- Requests must be made within 7 days from the date of purchase.

- All requests are subject to approval. We will assess the validity before proceeding.

Refunds
- Refunds will only be processed for approved returns that meet the conditions above.
- Once the item is inspected and approved, refunds will be issued via the original payment method.
- Please allow 7-14 working days for the refund to be processed.
