With D-Link Assist, D-Link will send out a replacement product to you on the next business day* after a remote diagnosis has been conducted. On receipt of the replacement product, you simply arrange with us the return of the defective product within 10 business working days.

Simply contact your local D-Link technical support centre, Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm, excluding holidays. A product specialist will diagnose the problem over the phone and arrange advance replacement once the product is confirmed to be faulty.
