Actually, I was really grateful to Mr Frenky for helping me to solve my problem quickly. In fact, I had called singnet technician a few times as well as dlink technician. Disappointedly, the suggestion given to me after checking through the phone is to exchange for a new one. Never did I realise that the problem is so minor but none can help me unitl Mr Frenky told me through the phone that is the setting problem. I was really surprised that unlike the rest, Mr Frenky can just figure out my problem is due to the setting. I really have to say a big Thank You to him or else it will be a trouble for me to go down and exchange for a new one. Thank You! Keep up your good job and great service!

After you email me the new firmware, the list updated and i can manage to setup using originally for DWM-652. Thanks again for your help. Really appreciate that. The techincal support staff was able to identify with my situation and provided the required information. I was able to resolve a problem almost immediately with the fixed IP address recommeded. Another problem was resolved finally only through the Hotline Technical consultation which points the problem to the modem configuration for the port forwarding.
I would like to thank both Eleanor and the Hotline consultant(didn't get his name) for their expertise and help. I would surely continue using Dlink product and recommend to my friends.

I bought an DWL-3200 Enterprise level AP for my client for their company, however, we are having a lot of issues on it. I tried in vain in solving it.
However, i spoke to Anthony and he sorted the solution for me immediately after around 10 mins of info query on my issue. He asked me distance, channel, location, questions, after that, gave me the solution.. and POOOF!!! The issue is now resolved!!!

Dlink has the best support in Singapore! That's not teasing you. It's real having dealt with many other electronic brands on a hobbyist base. It all started when I bought a wireless adapter from Sim Lim Square, for my Windows Server 2003. Though it didn't work on this platform I installed it elsewhere. Yea! Thanks and I must say that dlink technical support is almost flawless and very effective. I started with only a 950G IP Camera, then within 1.5months I bought 2 units of 5220 IP camera (1 for my home and the other for my brother office) and I am going to purchase another unit for my friend.

I like to take this opportunity to highlight the service accorded to me by two of your staff, Mr Anthony Benedicto and Ms Li Keli.

As an owner of an obsolete DI-714+ router, I decided to upgrade to a newer DIR 300. While setting up the new router, I ran aground with some problems. A lady, Li Keli answered my call yesterday and guided me through the setup on my desktop computer. In the evening, I realized my daughter''s computer wasn''t picking up the Internet and I called in today where Mr Anthony Benedicto helped me through. The whole process with Mr Benedicto took almost an hour and in the end the fault was diagnosed on an unchecked DHCP setting. The reason why he didn''t came out with an earlier diagnosis was because this setting was supposed to be checked in default from factory. I could have accidentally unchecked it and I apologized. That is good troubleshooting because no stone was left unturned.

On both occasions, both your staff were very patient with me given that I am software illiterate. I wish to say that people like these two are real credit to your company and as customer service staff, they are up there with the best I have encountered.

However, the Dlink DWL2000AP Access Point which I have just set it up doesn''t have any security. Anyone can connect it as default with no password. This is David Carletti. I made an inquiry because i cannot connect to my VPN which is very important to me!. Originally i have a Linkski router, it cannot connect to my VPN. So after spending hours with their technical support, and after being transferred to the next levels several times, (I even found myself in level 7 tech department already), but still i was still unable to solve my problem. so i throwed the router away.. and bought your D-link router DI-634m. I tried to setup the router, it is fine than my other brand.. but the vpn functionality is still missing.i tried e-mailing your support, Anthony Benedicto took care of me on the e-mail and finally, i requested a call back from him and was assisted by Anthony. and wow.... i was really surprised how fast he resolved my issue on that call!!! .
My Conclusion: What a big deal for Linkski people is only a piece of cake for Anthony.(But i am not sure what level he is :-)) To whoever your manager is, please tell him that you are doing good and I am very happy for the committed, and high quality customer service that you gave. Thank you very.. very much for the Help. Buying D-Link is one of the best decisions I made and I never regret it. Cheers!

I would like to commend Mr. Anthony Benedicto for excellent service yesterday afternoon in providing assistance in helping me to set up a newly purchased D-Link DI-634M router. However, due to what appears to be functional difference between a wireless access point and a wireless router, the desired setup did not allow us to connect the wireless clients to the Internet. Hence we have had to revert to a different setup which, though is not quite desired, allows the office to function as effectively as before the new router was installed and configured. Once again, I would like to commend Mr. Benedicto for his excellent efforts and service level provided throughout the duration of the support call

I just got your D-Link router (D1-524) and I want to refer to the case of DR S23921. I am using Linkski router previously and I got fed up because the people there doesn’t know what they are doing and I was unable to setup my internet. …So I returned the Linkski thing and bought your device. I was assisted by one of your people, whose name is Anthony… and he only run me in less than 7 minutes of doing the things…. And voila! I am connected! I want to let you know that I am satisfied that you got a support people that knows what they are doing.(and doesn’t need to put me on hold a lot of times and spend 30 minutes for nothing).
