Terms and Conditions

To be eligible for an exchange at D-Link's appointed Authorised RMA Centre such as PCPro Computer Services, you need to fulfil the following requirement :


You MUST produce a LOCAL receipt / Proof of Purchase
Equipment MUST NOT be physically damaged
Serial Number MUST be legible

If any of the above is not fulfilled, it will be rejected by D-Link Authorised RMA Centre and you may visit D-Link’s Service Center should you need to do a replacement.
