Service Center

To be eligible for an exchange at D-Link's appointed Authorised RMA Centre such as PCPro Computer Services, you need to fulfil the following requirement :
| You MUST produce a LOCAL receipt / Proof of Purchase | |
| Equipment MUST NOT be physically damaged | |
| Serial Number MUST be legible |
IMPORTANT
If any of the above is not fulfilled, it will be rejected by D-Link Authorised RMA Centre and you may visit D-Link’s Service Center should you need to do a replacement.
In order to service or to replace your product in a timely manner, always call our service center to check or to make a reservation before visiting the service center.
